Yesterday we had our first church picnic! We had a wonderful time of food, fellowship, high humidty, fire on the grill, volleyball, and no rain! Rain was forecasted for most of the week, but the Lord heard our prayers for good weather and answered them! The ladies worked hard to prepare a wonderful spread of food and desserts. Lisa slaved all night in the kitchen making some wonderful baked beans, Beverly brought the essential brownies, Kelly cooked a tasty cherry pie, and Joanna and Jen organized and prepared the rest of the food! Thank you to everyone who came and made it such a wonderful time of fellowship! Thank you to Stan for providing the pictures!
